Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is approximately 3-5 business days.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 3-7 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Also, please understand that shipping time is not added (not included) to the processing time.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment options
Orders may be placed through this site or Etsy. Orders are placed through Etsy (PaperFoxCreations.etsy.com) may be made using various payment methods – including, but not limited to: PayPal, Debit/Credit Cards, and Etsy gift cards. Orders placed through this site may only be made using PayPal at this time.
Returns & exchanges
I accept exchanges and cancellations – in some cases. Cancellations must be placed within 24 hours of purchase, as materials may be bought, or in some cases your items may be shipped after 24 hours – once an order is shipped or materials are bought (for non pre-made items), it cannot be cancelled. Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible to returns. Returns are not accepted on items purchased by a customer who orders the wrong item, wrong size, or if the customer changes their mind.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, I cannot accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders, non pre-made items
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage of the process if the buyer is rude, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable. Unless we agree to them, no changes can be made to a custom order once it has been started. There are cases where I may refuse a project. This could be due to time constraints, or the actual subject matter. If I refuse a project, the customer will be notified (with reason included).
