Frequently Asked Questions

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal and cards through Etsy. Only PayPal on this site. Cash is never accepted; in some cases, money orders may be accepted. Be sure the correct mailing address is attached to your order, I am not responsible for incorrect addresses.

When will my non pre-made order begin to be worked on?

The items you ordered will not begin to be worked on until your payment has cleared; once payment has cleared, work will begin. If you have chosen a fabric (or other materials) that is not currently in the shop, the materials will be bought/ordered once your payment has cleared – and once the materials arrive, work will begin. You will be notified if the fabric you would like must be ordered when you select your fabric. 

When will my order be shipped?

This depends on what was ordered, as different types of items have different processing times. The following are current approximate processing times, post material arrival (these processing times don’t “start” until the materials arrive).

Items in the Shop/Pre-Made Items: 3-5 business days
Custom Orders: varies by project, contact for estimate

These processing times are not set in stone and varying factors could lengthen or shorten processing times. If you need something by a certain date, please contact Morgan before ordering. 

I need my item(s) by _______ date!

Please indicate any and all deadlines before you purchase. Unreasonable deadlines will not be accepted. A general time period, or processing time, that is based off of a previous project will be given. If you need your order before the end of the estimated processing time – anything shorter will be considered a Rush Order and a 20% fee will be tacked on the price. I reserve the right to decline any deadline for any reason. 

I want a different color, or I changed my mind. Can I get a refund/return my order?

No, I will not accept a return or refund request on an item because a customer decides they want a different color, style, etc.

If there is an actual defect on my part, it can be returned and replaced without cost (besides shipping cost) within the allotted time frame of 1 week – if I was contacted prior to the item being shipped back. Items that have been well worn, abused, placed in a pet’s cage, and/or purposefully destroyed will not be accepted for replacement. Said items will be shipped back to you without refund. After 1 week, items are 100% non-refundable.

If you purchase something from my shop that was labeled as faulty and sold at a discount, this does not apply. There are no refunds or replacements given on clearance/discounted items. 

I would like to cancel my order/commission. 

For pre-made items:
If your order has not shipped, you may have your order cancelled and receive a 100% refund.
If your order has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled as it is already on its way to you; shipped items are non-refundable in most cases (see refund TOS & FAQ).

For custom items:
If materials for your order have not been bought, you may have your order cancelled and receive a 100% refund.
If materials have been bought, 30% of the total is non-refundable and you may have your order cancelled and receive the remaining 70% back as a refund.
If your items have been worked on, 50% of the total is non-refundable and you may have your order cancelled and receive the remaining 50% back as a refund.
If your order has been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled and refunded. 

How will my order be shipped?

All items are shipped through USPS with package tracking as well as insurance. I do accept international shipping by request, which generally costs quite a bit more than the US shipping cost listed with items on Etsy. Depending on the items ordered, they could be shipping in a polymailer or a box. Please understand that once an order leaves the shop, I have no control over how the package is handled. 

Do you cover customs fees (international shipping)?

All customs fees/duty/etc. are not controlled by the shop and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not covered in your purchase, as I legally cannot pay them – you, as the buyer, must.

Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, you can get up to a 50% discount on your total order when you order in large amounts of a single type of item. Just contact me prior to ordering, and you will be given a code to apply the discount, or a listing will be made for your order.
